    Kids are often much more available to be touched with the need for people in their Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth to hear and receive the gospel. Below are resources available to help capitalize on those tender hearts, train them in the obligations and opportunities of missions, and empower them to reach next door and around the world with the love of Jesus.     These missions-learning lessons are ready to be dropped into any existing children's ministry. They last from 5 to 10 minutes and include a mission lesson built around an object pulled from a backpack.  These lessons are found at www.namb.net/backpack.

    Drop-in Mission Education (DIME), North American Mission Board

    Kids4Christ Around the World, North American Mission Board
    New and smaller Southern Baptist churches can teach their children about missions with a simplified learning plan.  Kids4Christ is coed and meets monthly.  Each 60-minute lesson can be customized by state and national Baptist conventions to reflect how God is at work through their convention and its people.  Each lesson includes an arrival activity, a mission story, a mission activity, Bible story, Bible recall activity, and mission action.  These lessons are available from your state convention.  Go to www.namb.net/k4c to find your state contact.
